Well, thank god I have found this site....YES... he conned me too back in May out of £1500. Even took us to the bank to get the cash as his card machine was broken!!!! Should have smelt the rat then!! I have enforced a judgement and the bailiffs have "given up" as he is no longer at the address that I put the judgement to. I will be on the phone to them tomorrow telling them of his new address. I have also spoken with a Legal Advice firm who are sending me papers to complete, needless to say they will be given a full transcript of this site!!!! If I am successful I will gladly give you all their details so that you can proceed = they did actually give me a piece of advice today - they suggested contacting a debt collection agency and strike a deal with them - may take this course of action too.

Please keep me posted if anyone is successful in actually getting their money back and I will do the same. I am not prepared to let this man keep my money = especially after reading all of your dealings too!!!!
