Well, thank god I have found this site....YES... he conned me too back in May out of £1500. Even took us to the bank to get the cash as his card machine was broken!!!! Should have smelt the rat then!! I have enforced a judgement and the bailiffs have "given up" as he is no longer at the address that I put the judgement to. I will be on the phone to them tomorrow telling them of his new address. I have also spoken with a Legal Advice firm who are sending me papers to complete, needless to say they will be given a full transcript of this site!!!! If I am successful I will gladly give you all their details so that you can proceed = they did actually give me a piece of advice today - they suggested contacting a debt collection agency and strike a deal with them - may take this course of action too.
Please keep me posted if anyone is successful in actually getting their money back and I will do the same. I am not prepared to let this man keep my money = especially after reading all of your dealings too!!!!

Andrew Piner was fined £3,500 and ordered to pay £600 costs by Bolton magistrates
for selling cars on the streets of Bolton, The council recorded 10 offences of street
trading of motor vehicles without authorisation between March 7 and May 31
Piner pleaded guilty and was fined £350 for each offence. This is the same Andy
Piner Andrew K Piner who trades with Anthea L Light from Bolton he does in fact
drive a silver Mercedes ML reg P111NER

from Walkdens Petrol Station at 48 Market Street He was evicted from this garage for none payment of rent and constant threats from motorists who had been conned out of money, he reapeared just before christmas 2010 at the small lancashire village of Wheelton based in Wheelton Garage, he traded under the name of Wheelton Motors on Blackburn Road ( the old clock garage ) he also lived in a rental house on town lane
he was discovered there on christmas eve, for unforseen circumstances he disapeared from this haose and the business premises, so his past had again caught up with him Andy Piner Conman car dealer did not have long in wheelton, not sure how many folk he did con, his current mobile phone is 07810296481 intelegence tells us that he is selling a few cars from some undisclosed location in wheelton we have seen several on viva street and also gum tree also his web site www.wheeltonmotors.co.uk which he is still using, the old web site was sucsesfully closed down in late 2010 due to an unpaid invoice to the web master
